Wonderful and exceptional. I needed a life-saving drug that had been missing in the province of Bergamo for a week, so my wife and I decided to call the pharmacies in the nearby provinces, starting with them. We found incredible courtesy, patience and professionalism on the part of Dr. Valentina, solving my significant problem. This morning I went to the pharmacy and was received with a smile and professionalism. I thank you from the bottom of my heart.

Bravissimi is easy to find and there is also parking immediately in front. Lots of orders, minimal wait.

I went to this pharmacy this morning and I didn't like the behavior of the pharmacist, I went to ask for a second bottle of antibiotic since the previous one wasn't enough for my daughter, the pharmacist started counting the ml of antibiotic as if I were crazy and I was wrong about the doses of the antibiotic given to my daughter, the doses in any case were correct, I just want to point out that I am a GOOD person, I don't drug my daughter with drugs and regardless of the right or wrong the customers treat each other another way and with more education. I hope I don't find myself without antibiotics for the little girl in the middle of Sunday because of this person who could use a little more delicacy and humanity I underline that I went to this pharmacy exclusively because the roads were closed to go to my usual one
