I went with my son, who had a strong fever, to get a staph swab. I queued with 2 other people in front when my turn arrived I was told to wait because they would be arriving soon. After another dozen people and half an hour of waiting, I decided to leave. In a post-pandemic period, in which we are all more sensitive about the possibility of contagion, I cannot leave my son (10 years old) with a fever sitting on a pouffe for half an hour. I am writing this only to raise awareness about the situation I experienced.

O stars... Terrible experience. I had a cyclosporine eye drop prepared under medical request and exact instructions on the composition of the eye drops. They did everything wrong, adding other components that burned and irritated my son's eyes; they swelled so much that I had to urgently return to Milan to have it examined immediately by your specialist doctor. To be reported!!!

I would like to thank all the staff and in particular the pharmacists who helped me solve a technical problem and print my Green Pass on the eve of the flight!
