Comment for yourself on the seriousness of the service that this structure offers. I take the Covid swab and wait as usual (less than 10 minutes I was told) after 15/18 minutes I ask what happened to the result, the employee is immediately amazed at my question and then quickly remembers my swab with extreme embarrassment. I go into a rage (and I challenge anyone to react differently) when I realize that I HAD NOT YET POURED the drops onto the test cartridge... an operation that is done immediately after sampling. She justified herself by telling me that she had to do something else. SHAMEFUL! Furthermore... the rest of the staff who were witnessing everything not only did not intervene at least by apologizing but actually all continued with indifference to do their job. Only after having underlined the restitution in a "stronger" way a second time" I had a modicum of attention for the money... as soon as I returned it I obviously went elsewhere!! Ps. know that in the meantime they had taken steps to prepare the response of "that swab" for me anyway... imagine the reliability of the result twenty minutes after the sample had not yet been analysed... I swear I was stunned to the core!

Kind and helpful. The environment is comfortable and puts you at ease. There are no file problems and the number system is efficient and allows you to relax and not always think about checking when it is your turn. Every now and then they add something new to improve the service. Today I discovered that I can order from home and, if I want, I can have everything delivered to my home.

Negative experience for the swab. I stop because there is no one in line for the swab test in fact they call me straight away and then they make me wait 1 hour and a half for the result. in the cold because I can't get into the car otherwise I wouldn't hear my name when they call (because they don't have no monitors or numbers).absurd Never again. They are not prepared at all.
