In an emergency for my 5 year old son I needed Tachipirina, at the time of the receipt, not having my health card with me, I asked to be able to dictate my tax code as I ALWAYS have done for at least 3/4 years (never had any problems in Bologna in any pharmacy or dispensary) but the pharmacist refused, saying that if there had been a mistake it would have been a big problem, adding that in any case I would have been compensated only slightly given the €6.15 cost. I wonder if this doctor could be a reliable person given that he can make a mistake when writing a tax code. I didn't want to argue and I let it go, but I consider him a very unprofessional person.
terrible service tried to call 30 times since this morning they keep the phone busy because I am not able to answer........ absolutely not recommended
