I went to ask for an air freshener, from a brand I know and which is displayed in the shop window. I asked about the assortment, wanting to make a small Christmas present. Frankly, I had the impression that the two people I spoke to were annoyed, especially one. The looks and tones were certainly not welcoming, yet I only asked if there was a smaller package without necessarily having to purchase the gift package with charging. Of course, this is a tiring period for those who trade and one can be tired, however I have entered this pharmacy twice more and I have never encountered the kind tones that one expects when going to make purchases.

I went to this pharmacy three times and every time they were really rude. The first time they almost insulted me just because I said I couldn't take a drug other than the one prescribed, the second time they were hasty and practically didn't listen to my needs, and the third time, just now, I asked if they had a product and they replied that it would have to be ordered and that it would arrive in the afternoon, I said that I couldn't come by in the afternoon due to work and they replied with an annoyed expression "Then take it wherever you want". You do it, if this is the way to treat customers...

Don't go to this pharmacy They don't have the slightest respect for people who are sick, they are sloppy, hasty, disorganized and offensive. I ordered a product that I have to take 4 times a day, by telephone and they assured me that I would find it with them in the afternoon. When I showed up I was told that he wasn't there and I quote the exact words: "it's the same, isn't it?". When I pointed out that it would have been enough to be notified, they told me that it is the customer's responsibility to leave their telephone number even if the service is guaranteed 100% by telephone. They are the shame of those who do this job

One of the worst pharmacies I've ever been to. Rude and ignorant sales assistants. Being a student, I am not resident in Tuscany, but I have domicile. I wanted to book a visit to the ASL through the pharmacy, I was told that I could not do it (not true) because I am not resident in Tuscany, but that I had to make a private visit without using the public health service..... So for you a person can avail this only in your region.

It depresses me to read reviews that fully describe my thoughts. It means that in this place (I can't even call it a Pharmacy) rudeness and approximation are routine. The figure of the pharmacist is something completely different. He is the one who must serve and help those who have a specific health need, he is not a shopkeeper who, just to sell, offers whatever. And by making a mistake, she also has the courage to respond badly (😳 shocked!) I feel really sorry for the interns who train in similar environments, to whom I would really like to say that the internship is a precious period; learn the best and avoid the worst.
