Very helpful, great selection. The pharmacist even showed us the view from their back patio after we bought some things. While in the Montalcino region, we went out of our way to visit this pharmacy when we needed something. Note that their google map hours might be wrong. We definitely visited in the middle of the day when google said they would be closed.

Had such a wonderful experience here just before Covid... the pharmacist told us the impressive history of this pharmacy, and welcomed us to enjoy their lovely balcony that overlooks the valley. After rationing the bottle of their Terra di Rosso perfume I purchased way back when, I've just received a new bottle. Their online order form was easy-to-use, and the bottle arrived within a week or so -- thoroughly impressed! Though I look forward to returning in person to purchase my next bottle ... !

Wonderful people working here with great products. I purchased a beautiful Etro headband and my friend got a bottle of Aqua Di Parma perfume.

Two good experiences here; Day 1 I just needed sunscreen. Found a lovely Avene brand one for children. The sales associate was very warm, friendly, helpful, efficient. No hard sell, but present & helpful - perfect. After I paid, she said “ would you like to see our balcony?” And I turned to see her gesturing to a balcony with an incredible view, which o had not noticed. The fact that she brought it to my attention after I paid, she was just being nice, no sales angle, just a kind gesture to share beauty. Day 2: I needed Sudafed or general medicine for my sinus infection. A really lovely pharmacist helped me, she had a local alternate herbal remedy to kill the sinus infection, plus something else over the counter herbal / pharmaceutical for symptom relief. And a really nice American tourist who overheard me asking for (but not receiving, maybe they dont casually sell over the counter pseudoephedrine in EU?) Sudafed, she said “this is my good deed for the day” and gave me 5 of hers. She could hear how hoarse & congested I was. So - my feeling is everyone e in this store is really nice, customers & staff! Maybe it’s the beautiful setting? It’sa gorgeous chic boutique store with a section that perfumes, a section that is quality European pharmacy brands (caudelie, Avene, La Roche posay & many more) plus all the other normal stuff (Aveeno, Cerave, actual medicines etc). A lovely store with excellent products & great customer service attitude.

The pharmacist was very helpful and speaks English. They have mostly everything, even cosmetics.
