The doctors are very kind and know how to advise and put customers at ease.
Unfortunately I cannot agree with those who say that they are available and competent. My experience was very different. Apart from the fact that they could provide seats for those who have to wait outside the pharmacy, last night I went to ask for a drug which for me is a life saver, as I suffer from asthma, I was denied. It's true they don't know me, I should have paid it but I only had part of the money requested. I showed the request from my doctor, (proof of the fact that I take this drug out of necessity) which, it is true, had already been supplied by another pharmacy, but I didn't even try to see if they could help me in any way. I found only rigidity and incomprehension.
Speed and courtesy in service.. Qualified and competent staff.. the requested medicine is almost always available. good cosmetic and personal products..
