Kind and helpful pharmacists, despite these hectic times and staff shortages. Slightly cramped space, but well stocked. Rather long queues due to the availability of vaccinations up to the third dose, as well as swabs and normal pharmaceutical services

Took the little girl to have her ears pierced An odyssey!!!! Terrible hygienic conditions...without using gloves...after the "operation" we realize that one earring is without a butterfly...so the doctor makes the little girl go back into the "closet" with bare hands...after having touched the cash register and the money...ravana in the box and realizes that she has removed the earring without the butterfly 😣 and without hesitation pushes it behind the newly installed ear...we go out of there and the little girl feels sick due to a drop of pressure ... and last but not least after 5 days a nice infection in the earlobe and holes made for nothing Highly recommended both in terms of cleanliness and attention and empathy towards the patient

After 3 days of my mother asking for a reservation for the fourth dose, they still haven't told her any date. Furthermore, whoever answered the phone (doctor? pharmacist?), was not professional at all. Disorganized and therefore not recommended.

The doctor and Dr. Francesca are well-trained, kind, helpful and professional. The pharmacy is small but they are organized super well to avoid unnecessary waiting. Even the pharmacists are kind and friendly.
