But seriously, you put me on hold on the phone for over 15 minutes? Luck is who you are near me but the rudeness of this pharmacy is worldwide. I call and I'm put on hold because the lady was on her cell phone and then after finishing the call she didn't even remember the phone. If you are tired of us then leave your place for those who really want to work. Shameful
Rude staff, the machine stole my money, I went the next day to get it back but they didn't give it to me, they wanted to give me the product back but I had already bought it, to give me the money back they had to do a check which I would have to do again the next day but I had to leave since I wasn't from that area. If they keep my €10, maybe they need it more. At least put up a sign with a broken machine
The number one pharmacy!!! Always available, very prepared, very kind and take their customers to heart! The WhatsApp service is fantastic... I write in the morning and go to collect in the evening.

You can't be more rude than the staff who work and work the evening shift. They laughed at me and made fun of me, for a question, if they did home service (at home alone with a sick baby). I would say rude. Learn to answer the phone, you don't know who the situation is on the other end of the phone.
