I wanted a roche posey cream which (all the well-stocked pharmacies stock) but no one was prepared for it, the doctor with the glasses is not at all courteous, in fact, the customer before me was belittled as soon as he left, which was embarrassing for who should have a little tact as customers are human beings not just a source of money!
Friendly and very knowledgeable staff, which is not to be taken for granted! I feel great, they understand my needs and know how to give the best advice!
The people are kind and friendly
I don't want to speak badly. However for me, never again.
Disconcerting rudeness. I wanted to report the rude behavior my husband received when he entered this pharmacy from a pharmacist with a beard and glasses. My husband, after responding to a pharmacist's welcome greeting, heard the male pharmacist distinctly pronounce the word "drawer" in a sentence, and then saw the two female pharmacists trying to defuse the tension, so as to say that the word meant only its literal sense and not other meanings that sounded a little similar. If this bearded pharmacist welcomes customers like this, judging people by their clothes or rather by their appearance, and insulting people while hiding behind a word, I would say that he is not suitable for a public service that requires a certain professionalism. If you don't like a customer, you can criticize him after he leaves the store, and not by secretly insulting him while serving him.
