Great service and attention to the client!!

If you are in a hurry, you are in the wrong pharmacy. Yesterday before me there was a lady who not only wanted explanations about the blank prescription received by email, an explanation that lasted about 5 minutes, during which the pharmacist failed to say that it is repeatable and lasts 6 months, but she was told that she had been fired. At this point, with the collaboration of the other lady who was buying her medicines and the two pharmacists at the counter, a social conference began. Duration another 10 minutes. Meanwhile I waited. But the most unpleasant thing was today: I spent part of the morning and afternoon trying in vain to find out, by telephone, if they did rapid swabs and what the waiting times were. The phone is never active. At this point I went in person, waited my turn, asked for information on the swabs and the correctness of the telephone number. That's what I've been typing repeatedly since the morning and the line isn't bad. They simply, I gather, leave it unplugged.

Very kind and helpful. I would like to kindly say to those who complain about the "slowness" in serving customers that, given the type of "goods" handled, the attention and scruple in giving medicines are a guarantee of seriousness! 🌝

Recently opened pharmacy, well stocked and if they don't have something they work hard to get it. I needed a particular product for my father and NONE of the other pharmacies in Lodi committed to helping me....they did and they solved my problem. For me, the best pharmacy in Lodi!

New place is well stocked, very courteous staff always ready to recommend the best, and last but not least instant analysis service. I highly recommend it among, if not, the best in town
