I love them! All prepared, very kind and helpful... In addition to their work, they put their heart into it and take care of their customers, giving useful and in many cases decisive advice. They make you feel at home and it's true that every now and then they chat but that's what you LIKE... the fact that luckily they don't treat you like a customer but like a friend, a grandmother and a relative.. Thank you with all my heart!

Terrible experience, never again, I absolutely do not recommend. I made an appointment for an end-of-quarantine swab test. Upon arrival, an extremely rude employee who carried out the swabs through the grates of the window overlooking the courtyard refused to carry out the service, despite the fact that I had shown a quarantine certificate in electronic format as - completely arbitrarily - she demanded a printed one. Faced with my complaints (I didn't have a printer available) she suggested that I go to a nearby stationery shop to get the document printed AND THIS IN VIOLATION OF THE ISOLATION OBLIGATION!!!! What if I was still positive? In all other pharmacies it is sufficient to show the certificate in electronic format. Furthermore, they don't even release the printout of the result and the negative swab, they say they are not required to do so.

I called the pharmacy (for my mother), she was on duty on a Sunday evening last week... She answered and advised me professionally... Thanks to the doctor.

Never again, last night I went in asking for a drug not knowing that the prescription was needed, I asked if it was possible to have a drug that did the same thing...he gave me a renowned brand which I paid €11, I left there and went in a pharmacy in Caravaggio I asked for the same drug and they also told me that it couldn't be had without a prescription but they gave me an equivalent one which in the end is the same drug for which I paid only €2.80. With double the sachets... period
