Not very professional and also not very courteous. Last week I ordered a medical implant from them... they managed to sell me a totally different product while pretending nothing had happened and thank goodness I noticed it myself. By reporting the problem again they have downplayed the problem and at most they have passed the blame on to other orders. To order a drug, they don't even ask if advance payment, saying that they have always done it this way... which is not true. The previous managers were definitely more qualified.

Kind, polite, above all the idea of ​​doing free access swabs was brilliant... I had covid in January and I went to this pharmacy to do more swabs until I got better, for goodness sake there was a queue but as soon as two of us entered minutes the swab was done! Clean pharmacy and very friendly staff! I will definitely go back (I didn't give the fifth star because by law you don't pay for the healing swab... However, they justify themselves by writing that if a person has symptoms they can't take the swab... However, hearing all the people in the queue, practically all of them had covid and they went to get swabbed to get out of quarantine! But rather than go to butchers' pharmacies that only hurt you, I preferred to pay my €15 to get out of quarantine!)

I passed by chance with a migraine emergency, having very particular needs due to the trip and my physical situation, the doctor was extremely professional in explaining to me which medicine could be right for me. I would have taken whatever he recommended anyway, because it was really cheap!
