Yesterday I went to this pharmacy on duty, upon arrival I had a card made by the emergency room with an antibiotic medicine (Clavulin). With a philosophical air, the pharmacist doctor tells me that it no longer existed and not to start looking for it because the active ingredient no longer existed!!! The joke ended when the drug magically existed and was present in another pharmacy!!!!!

RUDE AND PROFESSIONALLY USELESS. I'm forced to give one star, because you can't give less than this! I went to the pharmacy after suffering a very bad sprain from falling off the sidewalk. My ankle was very swollen and I couldn't put my foot down. I went in asking for help, if they could at least give me a chair, and by paying I would have asked for some ice. The response of the owner (a doctor too!!!) was scandalous: he told me to go out in a rude way and call 118, because that was not the right place to receive help. I explained the situation twice, and also due to the severe pain, my head was spinning and I couldn't stand (AS I ADVISED THE DOCTOR IT IS CALLED VAGAL SYNDROME, a response that the body has after experiencing severe pain. I underline it because evidently the doctor doesn't have a minimum of basic knowledge of medicine given the way he treated me). Even though I felt terrible, he literally kicked me out of the pharmacy without even giving me time to buy some ice to put on my foot and I had to collapse on the adjacent sidewalk to recover and drag myself to the nearby pharmacy to receive some instant ice (PAID OF COURSE!). EVIDENTLY the doctor forgot that he took the Hippocratic Oath. Furthermore, more than evidently, he doesn't lack money and he even hates the job he does. I am truly nauseated by this event, never in my life have I come across such lack of respect, attention and care towards a patient, ignorance and rudeness. Shameful

Professional and kind. If they don't have a medicine they always order it and deliver it to their home. Advised
