I would have given 0 stars. I went to the pharmacy for an anti-inflammatory, specifying that I was allergic to acetylsalicylic acid and therefore I couldn't take aspirin, etc. Being in a pharmacy I expect the staff to be competent and not to sell me drugs to which I am allergic, but perhaps I shouldn't have, because the pharmacist sold me a drug which, reading the leaflet, actually said that it contained acetylsalicylic acid and that so if you were allergic to aspirin you shouldn't take it (it's clearer than that!!!). When she returned to the pharmacy and explained that she had made a mistake, she tried to sell me first tachipirina (therefore a painkiller and for fever, not an anti-inflammatory as requested) then some natural remedies since she couldn't give me a refund and it bothered her to give me a voucher. Not even an "excuse me" came out of his mouth, so as well as being incompetent and superficial and also not very polite, what would have happened if I had trusted blindly and hadn't checked before hiring him?

On Sunday if you need a medicine make them pay for the call... since they are doctors they forget the Hippocratic oath for 50 cents... miserable. I read your answer, there is no problem, I simply then went to another pharmacy and without any kind of call I purchased what I needed

Competent and always available staff, I have 2 elderly parents with serious pathologies, as soon as I receive the prescriptions from the doctor I send them via email and they reply immediately indicating the date for collection, the two doctors are fantastic, the older one is very cute, she always asks me information about my parents' health and the young doctor always welcomes me with a sweet smile, congratulations you are all fantastic!😉keep it up👍

The pharmacy is well organized and full of products, nothing to say about this. On a personal level, however, it's a mess. I would advise the elderly lady to retire if her passion and professionalism have now gone out the window. While unfortunately I also happened to receive incorrect information from a guy who, in order to sell me a product, lied by saying that what I requested was out of production... obviously I just had to go to another pharmacy to find out which wasn't true and I had to spend more money, and waste more days, to finally get what I was looking for. Super not recommended.
