I made a phone call to the pharmacy to find out if the drugs had arrived, the doctor treated me very badly, telling me that they didn't have time to tell me and began to argue exaggeratedly, but I continued to be polite. Once she went to the place for the Rite Medication was still excited about my call and was criticizing me with her colleagues. I was stunned.

Aesthetic cabin always very clean and welcoming with the talented Cristina and her professionalism. And then Dr. Francesca and all the staff are always kind and ready to give advice: I like their approach because they always say whether a product can be useful to me or not and they don't try to sell "at all costs". A pharmacy you like to enter, also for the nice assortment of cosmetics.

Equipped with a COVID 19 test station, it is a large and well-stocked pharmacy with good organization even behind the counter. You can also find cosmetics, home essences and even some natural products. It is equipped with a real barrier with separating glass between the public and the shop, a bit like in the old post offices but all in all pleasant and not oppressive... A little cold though and impersonal on the outside although very effective towards the customer

Embarrassing rudeness at the counter!! I booked a rapid covid swab through their portal. The swab was for my daughter but it was not possible to book in her name as the system did not allow me to register a new profile since both my husband and I are already registered with our mobile/email numbers and my daughter does not have a own telephone account (only 7 years old). The shop assistant/pharmacist, very angry, tells me that I should have done it anyway on behalf of my daughter and doesn't accept my explanation, telling me that "her sister" (?) succeeded. So what? Now... the change of name lasted, to say the least, 2 minutes and I don't think it caused any inconvenience. I understand that the period is hectic for everyone but if at 8.30 in the morning you are already a hyena, I wonder how those who show up at 6pm will be treated!!

I have been using this pharmacy for 9 years, I live around the corner. All the staff, medical and otherwise, are empathetic and competent and I have always had problems resolved. Now the owner who "camped" sitting at the PC, in front of the customers is not there...... The climate has improved further. Keep it up, thanks! Alida Galasso
