I would just like to say one thing to those who complain about this pharmacy: have you ever been to the one in Calco? I guarantee you that there is no limit to the worst. I am comfortable with this and have never been treated badly, on the contrary... experiences are subjective.

I often come here on behalf of my family and it happens that I have to take a lot of medicines with many prescriptions, but this evening the lady at the counter (who knows that I often come to take medicines at this pharmacy as it is also open late) looked at me very badly. and, as soon as he finished passing the prescriptions, he threw the medicine and the receipt at me without even saying hello. I'm really sorry because this pharmacy is very convenient and they have always been very friendly and helpful with me (and in general) but having received this treatment was not pleasant at all.

Currently there is a change in management, the doctor is unprepared and is creating kilometric files... Faster advice and updating on ASL functions

I can't give 0 STARS because the minimum is 1, but it's as if I did. A few days ago I went to this pharmacy to buy a medicine and ask for information about a problem I have (before turning to doctors, since it wasn't serious, convinced I would find competent people) and I was clearly SCAMMED. I was welcomed by a gentleman (wearing a jacket, he actually looked very little like a pharmacist) who, despite the doctor's very clear prescription, gave me a different medicine than the one requested, telling me that the pack had only been changed; after inquiring, I discovered that none of the packs had changed: they simply didn't have it at home, but the important thing was to earn €20! He also "prescribed" me a 6-month treatment (3 medicines worth €70 which, if it worked out, would only last 1 month, so I would then have to buy them again for the next 5 months), WITHOUT ACTUALLY SEEING the damage which I spoke to him. Obviously I left the pharmacy confident in his words (I thought he certainly had more knowledge on the matter than me). I returned a few days later to find out if I could change the wrong medicine and, when I realized I had been scammed, I asked for clarification regarding the treatment episode. The pharmacist who was there that time was clearly sorry and incredulous, she tried to protect the pharmacy with a clear veil of embarrassment. WHERE DID THEY BUY THE COMPETENCE? I read more negative reviews than positive... how can these people still operate?????

Very convenient opening hours that no pharmacy in the area has. Courtesy of the staff not quite at the level of the Waldorf-Astoria reception. The constant attempt to sell very expensive and unsolicited products is quite annoying.
