Went this morning to buy Hialgan because tomorrow morning I need it for a shoulder infiltration. Since it wasn't in stock, they assured me that I would find it after 6pm, so after paying for it I went home in peace. After 6pm, when I asked for the medicine they told me there was an oversight because they don't deliver on Sundays. An oversight? If they don't deliver on Sunday, they didn't deliver either last Sunday or this one. At that point I ask for a refund of the sum (45.00 euros), but with the automatic cashier it cannot be refunded and they offer me a voucher. At that point I ask for a voucher to use in another pharmacy, since I wouldn't want to leave my money in that place, but it can't be done. I understand the difficult moment, but getting a sum of money while guaranteeing delivery of the medicine seems very unserious to me. Meanwhile, I'm walking around on Sunday evening to find the medicine, thanks to them. Unfortunately I can't attach the photo of the order.
