The staff at the counter is very kind, unfortunately the same cannot be said of the nurse who does the swabs, very rude, just like Ebenezer Scrooge.
During the swab operation phase, the person in charge did not comply with any hygiene/health standards regarding the replacement of contact gloves from one patient to another and the disinfection of the specific chair used by the patients... negative very bad treatment
