A very nice and useful pharmacy, and they actually can speak english!
Today I was for the first time in this pharmacy located in Piazza Cavour, in the Via Etnea Alta area, in a truly enviable position, in the heart of the historic center of the city. There was a queue to queue and it was necessary to take the number, which was not I had seen. I was struck by the courtesy and helpfulness of the gentleman at the counter who assisted me. The drugs I had to take for myself and my wife arrived in the afternoon, at least the one I take, my wife's was present (and always like this for this type of drugs that I take). I showed up at the time they told me and when I picked up I noticed that there was another box that I didn't look at though. As soon as I got home I found a very pleasant surprise in the bag with the medicines...a Christmas gift offered by the Pharmacy, a beautiful 200 ml shower gel, in addition to having received the Health Calendar, which was also very welcome. What can I say... they won me over with these two small, but significant for me, cadeaus. I will always go to them now that I have moved into a house in Catania near this pharmacy which I think is very well stocked. I have been able to see. Thanks again to the doctor , the same one with whom I spoke in the morning, who also demonstrated, in addition to his kindness, that he was also very professional. Recommended!!! And five stars deserved. Congratulations.🤝

Pay attention to products in sachets...I purchased a product in sachets (a mucolytic in sachets) and two sachets were missing!!!! unfortunately I was passing through but I would have returned immediately but I'm not in the area... what can I say? The products you sell need to be checked!!!!! never again! I've been to other pharmacies especially my trusted one and it has never happened to me!!
I find everything I need from them!!! The complete Roche Posay line, a lot of friendliness and kindness from the owner and staff!!!!😁😁😁😁😁
