One problem is that new medications are approved very quickly, but in South Tyrol they are rarely prescribed, even at the patient's request. This is a dilemma for pharmacies because they can obtain all approved medications and then often make exceptions. For ethical reasons and out of love for people. Laws basically leave far too much leeway, which is becoming more and more of a problem.
