I reluctantly have to leave a negative review. I needed to purchase a particular medication that needs to be ordered because it has a specific prescription. Well, it's the first pharmacy I've come across in my life that refuses to order a medication. This offered zero valid reasons, in fact I was vaguely told "eh, we don't even know if we can get it to you, if you could order it from somewhere else it would be better". This forces me to have to buy the medicine in another pharmacy where I have to get there by car, which is absurd because I have the S. Giorgio pharmacy under my house. Very disappointed with the lack of professionalism.

SINCE WHEN IS A PHARMACY ON SUNDAY CLOSED? WELL IT HAPPENED TO ME TODAY IN THIS PHARMACY! I HOPE THEY HAD VERY GOOD REASONS TO KEEP IT CLOSED ON A DAY WHERE THEY SHOULD HAVE BEEN OPEN..... This morning my daughter didn't feel well and I had to go to the pharmacy to buy the medicines she needed. I went to the pharmacy where I usually use it and found it closed (it would certainly have been a great stroke of luck to find it open); I then read the leaflet with the pharmacies on duty open on Sundays and I find that the closest one, open, is this one in Via Dante a Limito. I arrive at my destination and what do I find??? THE CLOSED PHARMACY IS THE SAME LIST OF DUTY PHARMACY ON WHICH IN PLACE OF THE PHARMACY IN VIA DANTE I FIND A NOTE THAT SAYS THAT THE OPEN PHARMACY IS THE ONE AT LINATE AIRPORT (WHICH IS ALWAYS OPEN). I was a little disappointed. I read the other reviews that talk about kindness and hospitality; I think that professionalism depends not only on kindness towards the customer, but also on the punctuality and reliability of the service.

Well-equipped pharmacy in the main street of the town (via Dante - Limito di Pioltello).... friendly, well-trained and helpful staff.... If there is no medicine it arrives in the afternoon or the following morning... Games for small children are also available... Pressure control...
