Recently built municipal pharmacy. Near the busy road that runs through the Mottella district. Very organised, waiting times minimized thanks to the dynamism of the staff. Very knowledgeable and friendly. The very bright and outpatient environment gives the practice an even more professional air. Large parking in front of the building.

Long waits because few are organised... they never answer the phone... sometimes they say we can send the recipes via email to book and sometimes they say it's not true etc.. and at one time they answered the phone after trying 20 times and the pharmacist was also rude..

I must say that as long as the pharmacy was on Via Legnaghese it was better, today I didn't ask for a medicine for my son as per the doctor's instructions, I was told that they had no longer stocked it since February... it's a shame that the day before 2 boxes were you were sold to a friend of mine because she tested positive for covid.. It's NOT just covid, a drug is also useful for those who are not positive but simply need it to cure themselves.

I can say that we have now reached unlikely situations. A week ago, at this pharmacy, I purchased the rapid antigen tests at a cost of €9.90 each. After a few days I found myself purchasing other "IDENTICAL" ones and I highlight "IDENTICAL" at the parapharmacy inside the La Favorita hypercoop at a cost of €5.00 each. Shameful to say the least at a distance of 3 km.

Called yesterday for information on molecular swabs, the automatic responder provides information which was then confirmed by the operator I spoke to. This morning I went to the swab point to no avail because the information given to me was decidedly incorrect!
