You ask for a bottle of saline and you create panic and confusion and you are sold 60 bottles of nasal decongestant.
I asked for information on a drug, whether it could be given to an eight year old child and the pharmacist, very annoyed and obviously under pressure due to the amount of things to do, casually replied yes. The leaflet says "it must not be taken by children under the age of 11". VERY SERIOUS
Well-stocked pharmacy, friendly and kind pharmacist.
Unfortunately arrogant and rude on the phone, I needed to know if they have a certain drug or a similar one to avoid an unnecessary trip since we are quite far away and I'm not well. The gentleman on the phone told me in a very annoyed voice that he didn't have time to waste with me on the phone and that I had to come to the pharmacy.
