I met them during a trip to Rome for an operation. The doctor was friendly, helpful and professional. If I have any need in Rome, I will return to them.
I'm sorry to leave a negative review but the tampon management really leaves something to be desired. This morning I show up with an appointment made by phone at 8.15am and not only do I discover that they hadn't written down my name, but that there were four or five other people with appointments at the same time. The swab itself is very quick, but perhaps due to the rush the doctor doesn't pay any attention so as not to hurt you. After that, another half hour in line to pay and get the green pass. Result: it took me an hour to do a quick swab which normally takes 10 minutes.
Very kind with exceptional friendliness and professionalism and then they love our four-legged friends 🐾 ❤️
