I wonder how a professional, like a pharmacist, can give the wrong medicine three times just because they have a similar name. Unfortunately, my mother buys her medicines there for convenience, as it is located next to our GP. And then they don't even have a minimum of kindness, even if they had to pay for it....
Professionally, the doctor has validity in her behavior towards patients or... you don't laugh in front of a client for a simple question which given that you have little knowledge on the subject! It's called professional seriousness and she has none
You should just be ashamed to ask at a time like this for 20 cents for a glove, not a pair, (it would have been equally shameful) just 1.
