Friendly, attentive and very helpful staff

I went by 3 days ago to collect some reports, I got in the queue and when the lady in charge arrived, about 40 years old, she gave me a copy, she didn't ask for even a cent, so far we are. I go today to print some reports and I find a gentleman who is still around 40 years old and he tells me €1.20. I tell them, look, 3 days ago I didn't pay anything, in fact the lady had made me 3 pairs. He tells me I'm sorry but you'll pay. I tell them, look. that his colleague didn't charge me, he insisted and I had to pay €1.20. It's not for the money which in the end doesn't change us but it's clear that they aren't well trained to all say the same thing I'm sorry I was a regular customer I'll never go there again....
