Very bad. Today my sister went to take a swab requested by the hospital for admission to carry out the bone marrow transplant. They made her wait outside in 30 degree heat even though it was explained to them why she was kindly asking to wait inside. (She has been locked up between hospital and home for 6 months) The answer was that they had to respect the protocols, to look for a placed in the shade. Congratulations to humanity.
