I do not recommend the other local pharmacies much better

The lady who served me closed the account without acknowledging that I had the health card in hand. I went to many pharmacies and everywhere I was asked: "Do you want to pass on the health card to us?". This didn't happen here and I didn't even have time to say: "Excuse me, the health card?" who had already closed the account, just because he wanted me to buy a product for which I would certainly come back this evening and therefore refused to take a little while ago. I asked if it was possible to fix it and I was told no which, having informed me from qualified people, it was possible and how, only that. those responsible have not taken responsibility for their responsibilities rather than taking care not to lose customers. I consider this seller - customer relationship to be truly embarrassing and rude. Usually they are also asked: "do you need anything else?" medicine, before closing the account); this is education and respect towards customers which in my case was not there; since in the workplace I too am exposed to customers and pay attention to everything. I don't know if this is professionalism, but it is certainly not what they have, and what I found instead in many other pharmacies in Perugia. As far as I'm concerned I won't be coming back again.

The owner of the pharmacy is an incorrect person and not capable of dealing with the public. He treats customers badly who want to buy the products on display and behaves in a very rude and rude manner. It's unfortunate because the pharmacy is well stocked and the sales assistants, unlike him, are polite and helpful.
