Very helpful, friendly and patient staff even when there's a language barrier. They go above and beyond to help patrons get what they need. Grazie mille per il tuo aiuto.
One star is also too many, we waited two hours outside in the cold for a swab because the counter had priority. 20 / 25 people who passed me and my father-in-law. Get better organized when it comes to booking swabs or put numbers at the entrance. The lack of staff is not an excuse, because a person, if well organised, was able to evaluate who to let in and who to make wait, so many people are served and so many swabs are done. If people continue to arrive at the counter, someone who arrives at 8 will take the swab at 11.30.

Trusted pharmacy, staff with an empathetic and collaborative attitude since the first time I entered this pharmacy, a few months ago.
