New pharmacy opened in front of the Mega supermarket, well stocked and very friendly and helpful staff. I was well advised and followed by the pharmacist and even though it was Sunday and there were a lot of people the service was still fast as was the waiting time. What was very nice was finding a table with colors and some notebooks to draw and some booklets for the children to read which meant that my daughter had something to do while we waited. If I can give one piece of advice, in my opinion it would be to expand the space for sports supplements which I found to be a little small

On Christmas Day, I call the San Marco pharmacy that is on duty for an emergency. I ask if they have rapid swabs for covid. A kind lady replied: finished this morning! I ask what I can do for an emergency for a disabled lady. ANSWER: Svejarse first!!.. and puts the phone down on me Great professionalism!! . I will never set foot in your house again

I order a medicine that I needed urgently, they tell me it will arrive in the afternoon and nothing, I go there in the afternoon and nothing has arrived. Ok it can happen but at least a phone call to warn without making people go around in circles is truly shameful. If they had warned me I would have moved to other places, behaving incorrectly.
