A well-stocked pharmacy, entrusted to kind and competent staff, the department dedicated to our animal friends evidently has an edge thanks to Alessandro's courtesy, availability and reliability. There aren't many pharmacies in Genoa that are so organised! Absolutely recommended!
I am a customer of the "animal department" where Alessandro's courtesy and preparation, combined with the assortment of high quality products, deserve well beyond five stars.
Store well stocked with cosmetics/perfumes and pets department. However, a pharmacy must provide a service: I asked for a drug and was told that it was a drug to be ordered (another pharmacy in Genoa had it immediately available) and would arrive on Monday, 48 hours later. Therefore, I recommend it as a perfumery, not as a pharmacy.
Everything was excellent, friendliness, speed, patience, listening. Much better than other pharmacies in the area..
I wasn't happy with it, since the pharmacist (a young guy) didn't give me the tax code for the deduction, as I asked him to do. when I pointed this out to him he claimed that I had told him that I wasn't interested in the deduction, when the opposite is true. and he wasn't very apologetic! I don't think I will return.
