Nice pharmacy, kind, helpful and prepared staff. Excellent swab service, quick and efficient. The doctor who makes the swabs has a light hand and it doesn't hurt. Highly recommended

I did the rapid test (Antigen Test) and the "lady" with 55/60 blond bob hair hurt my nose even though I had previously warned her that I have sinusitis, the lady performed the penetration of the nose with the stick as well the cotton until it caused me severe pain and I had to physically stop her hand twice, the same thing happened to my partner! We are negatively surprised by such unprofessionalism and insensitivity on the part of this person I am speechless! We strongly advise against this pharmacy for rapid swabs/tests.

We waited 40 minutes after the appointment time, to carry out a quick swab that has never been so painful. No distance between people, zero privacy and, the most serious thing, a dozen swab tests just performed, in contact with each other and with only one letter to distinguish them (with F there were at least 3 , so much so that I had more than one doubt about the test result.) Lack of professionalism which I will report to those responsible.

My husband and I went to get the anti-covid vaccine and the boy who does it is really very good and has a very light hand. Congratulations, really good, no pain, thank you very much
