Absurd! I'm on holiday, my 3 year old daughter has a fever, I'm looking for a pharmacy on duty and I find this one open, at 7.20 I go there, there's no intercom so I go around and at the back I find the pharmacist, I ask her if I can be once served she replies to me to read the notice displayed and that the pharmacy opens at 8. I read the notice and on the latter there is a telephone number to contact in case of emergency and only being in possession of an urgent prescription given by the doctor and that the exit costs almost 8 euros!! Are we kidding??? Perhaps the concept of the pharmacy on duty is not clear to you. To this statement of mine, the pharmacist told me that in Milan perhaps it is different, but throughout Italy the concept of the pharmacy on duty is the same: there is an intercom, the pharmacy operator answers even at night and is required to give me what I need if this is not the case you are not a PHARMACY ON DUTY! It's not a municipal pharmacy, it's true, so you are free to manage yourselves as you see fit, we agree on this but at least get yourself removed from the list of the pharmacy on duty because for all intents and purposes YOU ARE NOT!!!
Competent and kind is an understatement. They were an important point of reference during the first days of the health emergency, the period in which I started using this pharmacy. I find the prices of many products good.
