The most helpfull, patient and friendly Pharmacy ever! Saved our further trip by organizing a covid test for non italien travellers! Grazie per tutto!

I was forced to go to this pharmacy late in the evening because I had had various commitments during the day. Surprisingly, even though I knew he was on duty, I found the main entrance shutter closed and went to another pharmacy (it could happen that the signs were wrong). I go to another pharmacy and there too it says that this is the pharmacy on duty and therefore, deducing that the sign is not wrong, I come back here and phone the owner; already during the call he answers me with an arrogant tone, as if I had disturbed him. I even have the delicacy to apologize and he tells me to enter by ringing a secondary entrance; I obey, he opens it and says "Are you the one who called?" and when I say yes he says "What do you want at this time? It's 1am (actually it was 11.30pm but oh well...)". I show him my tax codes on which my doctor uploaded the prescriptions and the pharmacist says SCREAMING "Do you think I have to turn on the machines at this time? Besides for drugs that aren't even necessary (without even knowing what they were not having seen the recipes!)". Even dogs don't treat each other like that. Shame!

I found myself nearby a few months ago, and I took the opportunity to ask for advice. Even though I was not a regular customer, the staff welcomed me with courtesy and professionalism. They had great patience in answering all my in-depth questions about a medicine. It's nice that there are still pharmacists like this. Thank you!
