Absolute rudeness in this pharmacy, it's something incredible, zero patience, zero understanding, zero availability, everyone looks at you from head to toe with an arrogant air. Absolutely not recommended if you don't want to feel like you are ignorant even in life compared to them!! Go around the area there are others.

The pharmacist of a certain age accused me of torturing my son just because I wash his nose like my son's pediatrician told me to do. When he is there, don't go there, he will surely find some excuse to treat you badly.

I enter and position myself in the right row. A lady after me enters after 5 minutes and positions herself on the left row behind another gentleman. Since there were only 4 customers before me and not the entire audience of a rock concert, I think it's a given that the first of the two pharmacists to free up serves the next customer in order of arrival. The customer in the left row goes away and since it is my turn (since the gentleman in front of me was served by the pharmacist on the right) I go to the counter, but the pharmacist snubs me without even looking me in the face and turns to the lady who was after me, serving her as if I didn't exist. But yes, who cares if I was there first and I just made the unfortunate choice of choosing the row on the right just as the pharmacy was empty. If the customer in front of me on the right had taken 5 minutes longer to ask questions, and other customers in the row on the left had entered, I would enter the Matrix-like infinite loop. I entered this pharmacy because I urgently needed a medicine and my local pharmacy didn't have it. Otherwise I would have left. But I'm certainly not going back.

I entered this pharmacy asking for an effective medicine that would help me in case of a hornet sting. I explained that I am an allergic person and that even with a wasp sting in the past I had a significant allergic reaction and that living in the countryside I needed to protect myself. The girl at the counter wanted to give me Bentelan (which I know very well and always have with me), I told her that I had heard about cortisone injections and higher dosages. The girl asked the pharmacist who was speaking to me shouting from the position in which he was in front of the rest of the customers. He told me that they gave Bentelan without taking any interest or considering the level of allergy and the potential consequences of it, and that if I went into a pharmacy I had to stick to what they told me and trust me. The problem is trust and respect. A professional who deals with people's health must inspire trust and reassure the fears or anxieties of a user, explaining the situation precisely, without belittling the situation or the complaints, and above all by ridiculing the user in front of a pharmacy full of customers. Obviously I left saying that it was rude as I had never remembered it and that I wouldn't buy anything. In the pharmacy a few meters away I was told that Bentelan was not sufficient for a hornet sting, to consult the doctor as there are cortisone stings with high doses that require a medical prescription (which he advised me to have done immediately) and that for the most serious cases (which must be evaluated by an allergist) adrenaline is prescribed to be taken only and exclusively at the hospital pharmacy. So first of all I received some explanations, I felt reassured, understood and above all I went out purchasing the Bentelan anyway (as the first form of aid) and with much clearer ideas on how to act. Today a man died in the Teramo area from a hornet sting. I hope that the pharmacist in question wants to be much more scrupulous next time. The pharmacist doesn't sell sweets or potatoes, but medicines and reassurances.
