Kind, helpful and very professional. My favorite pharmacy on the Lido!

Experience: I go to buy a vaccine on prescription, the girl tells me that they don't have it and they don't produce it anymore, nor can they send it from the warehouse. Being a vaccine that I take every 1/2 years it seems strange to me, it has never happened: I insist and they reply badly, saying that they have no reason to lie to me and that if I don't trust it it's my business. I go to the pharmacy in Via Sandro Gallo, I ask the same thing: we don't have it here, but we will have it sent from the warehouse by 5 this evening. This pharmacy refused to sell me a vaccine I had a prescription for, and gave me false and misleading information, I can't think of a word to describe how serious they consider this to be.

I stopped by this pharmacy last Friday because I had a cycling injury. I found the pharmacist very kind and helpful, so much so that she even gave me her telephone number for any need, even at night. Finding ones so available
