Customer for 20 years. Before, the staff was a completely different story. Kind, smiling and helpful Today, they are unpleasant, I respond badly, and they are not available. They don't even know what the recipe is for or not. Change personnel!

There is an increase in price of 3 to 8 euros on over-the-counter products. Expensive prices compared to other pharmacies. I wait an extra day but I buy them online.

In these times when, for well-known reasons, masks with FFP certification cannot be found and I have had to settle for using disposable surgical ones by ordering a pack online.. While waiting for the ones I had ordered, I tried to ask this pharmacy if they had them ready for delivery. When the answer was yes, I ordered a couple and managed to pay 3 Euros each for them; taken from an open container of a multipack, which normally cost 20 cents a piece. I understand that they are difficult to find, and obviously the law of supply and demand determines the cost of the good, but here the mark-up made has no logic, it is as if you paid 150 Euros for a pack of 50 pieces, higher than any price proposed online by those who are considered jackals. I consider this pricing policy to be absolutely predatory and exploitative and certainly not suitable for those who should not only earn money but also provide a service to the weakest people, such as the sick or those at risk of becoming sick. The only result achieved is that they lost a customer forever for just over 5 euros in profit.

They delivered to my home the medicines for the flu and cystitis ordered by a friend from SICILY!!!.... thank you very much for your kind availability
