Every time I go to this pharmacy I leave without my medicine! It's okay that if you don't have the prescription they won't give you the drug but if the doctor prescribes me a triple pack and I want the single pack, you can't answer: it's not possible I have to give him this otherwise nothing! If you have emergencies don't go to this pharmacy you will only waste time and they will treat you like outlaws!

The lady was rude and inappropriate. I had a person at home who was ill and I immediately responded without replying, but I will not go back and I will not recommend this pharmacy to anyone.

In this pharmacy I never find what I need, those equipped with everything are something else, furthermore, occasionally the staff is not very kind and friendly... Being told, in an unfriendly and acidic tone, upon request for a painkiller that the pharmacist in question can't work miracles, it doesn't seem like a good approach to the public. Not recommended, there is much better. Years later, I find myself renewing the star of this pharmacy due to an unpleasant and incredible event that happened to my mother who just this morning was the victim of a shameful gratuitous verbal attack by the woman who I believe is the owner, who is allowed without any reason and I repeat... without any reason.... to pronounce words like: "But I don't know why he's looking at me with those eyes, my mother...." and then a whole series of hysterical phrases that my mother doesn't remember because she's shocked and petrified by the situation... all this while she was waiting for a drug already ordered from a colleague... Let me start by saying that my mother has a very sweet look and is the last person in the world who would stare at someone, precisely because she is shy and has a reserved character. I myself was shocked and asked her if she didn't leave immediately, unfortunately, due to her incapable character to react she continued the purchase by giving money to this pharmacy. Once she got out she started crying because of the humiliation she had suffered, feeling like she was the worst person in the world because of the only "guilt" of having entered that pharmacy. Certain people should vent elsewhere their frustrations, hysteria or dissatisfaction that life causes them since the damage resulting from their behavior can be heavy and important for many people. Historic pharmacy in the center of Pavia, very well stocked. Professionally trained and kind. I also got the Covid vaccine there. Also in this case very courteous, professional and scrupulous. Highly recommended

Racist owner who allows herself to tell customers that "they shouldn't waste time printing the green pass as it was done with a residence permit instead of a tax code" I advise anyone not to waste their time or money anything like that bigoted and rude. People like that should fail
