My favorite pharmacy! The three doctors are available, approachable, empathetic, smiling and above all competent. I've been back and back several times and I always leave with a smile, which is no small feat for a pharmacy! Who knows what kind of people are those who have given bad reviews to my favorite pharmacists...

I interacted with the pharmacist who I assume is the owner, due to the absence of the lab coat and the fuchsia polo shirt that enhanced the abs! but in terms of education fundamentals we are at 0. Furthermore, in the meantime a young man went up the ramp for disabled people with his scooter up to the front door, preventing its temporary use and was not reprimanded at all. To be avoided.

I would really like to give 0 stars!! The staff at this pharmacy don't know the words education and empathy! Shamefully rude! I used the service for a swab (for a fee!!) and the "lady" almost broke my nasal membrane. I had a headache for the next 2 hours!! He spoke to me in a rude and arrogant way! Such disrespect and incompetence are sanctioned abroad! I have had swabs in several European countries and it is the first time I have felt such pain! TO NEVER AGAIN!!

If I could give 0 stars I would, uncommentable service. I had to go to the pharmacy to take a swab test for my daughter (sent by the local health authority), the gentleman who served us (at around 11 am) was very rude, even raising his tone, and among other things incompetent. He swabbed badly. Tested negative in the morning, I went to another pharmacy because I didn't trust it, and it tested POSITIVE. But do you realize that if I hadn't been the one to be extra careful, my daughter would have entered school positive and would have had to have the second dose of the vaccine as a positive? Shameful. And in all that, he also forgot to give me my health card back.

For some time now, I have been happily frequenting the San Pellegrino Pharmacy which is located in via Tassoni, a few meters from the church of the same name. A reality in the sector, which I define as excellent. To put it briefly, this is not the usual "shop where medicines are sold". In fact, the owners of this pharmacy are two "real" pharmacists able to advise, suggest and propose concrete indications for the resolution of any problem. I am writing these lines to express my gratitude to the co-owner Doctor who, the other day, quickly solved a particularly painful "intercostal tear" problem for me. And this, without proposing the purchase of new products, but inviting me to take the same drugs that he remembered having provided me previously, for similar occurrences. Chapeau!
