Strong sense of welcome in a place where you are generally a passing DJ and a little disoriented, however they always provided me with detailed and personalized advice on the products, patiently answering all my questions and concerns. Their professionalism and courtesy give me confidence every time I return. The wide range of products available and the hygiene factor do the rest.

I'm afraid they can't read. I went to get some medications, specifying that I am lactose intolerant. They gave me antispasmodic and ferments, they also searched on the internet, making sure they didn't have lactose among the excipients, I naively trusted and took both without reading the information leaflets, also because I didn't have the clarity to read the leaflets entirely. After an initial improvement, I notice a worsening: I read the information leaflet of the antispasmodic and it contains lactose; I take the ferments and it even says that they contain lactose on the box. Result: I recovered my drugs, I literally gave away €34 for things that I can only throw away, in addition to the obvious damage to my health (already compromised)! Luckily I'm on holiday and we'll never have to see each other again!
