It may have been a coincidence, it may have been that I had bad luck as usual, it may have been that that day the pharmacist was particularly indisposed towards the customers...😅 I go in and wait my turn. I just needed a pack of moments... I notice that they have a display at the checkout, so I approach (while still keeping my distance from the gentleman at the checkout) and take the pack. Since the beginning of the world, if the exhibitor is present it means that the customer can help himself independently. My turn comes and I give the box of moment to the pharmacist... she looks at me very badly and with firm seriousness asks me "where did you get it", making me feel embarrassed and even a bit like a thief, something I've never been in my life but oh well 🤷🏻‍♀️ I reply that there is a display at the checkout and therefore I helped myself! In short, it was an episode that irritated me a lot, an exclamation that could very well have been avoided. I repeat: it may have been a coincidence but I will definitely not return to this pharmacy😊👍🏻

The Briscagli sisters and the staff who work with them are very competent...even for small ailments where a doctor's consultation is not necessary, I ask them. It happened that I couldn't find a drug. I called many pharmacies in Ferrara and they gave it to me within the same day. they arrived... nothing to say other than good and professional
