Since there is no review space on social media, I leave here my review of the staff of this pharmacy in this small town, Valenzano. Having a father hospitalized in intensive care in Bari, I asked for a swab to be able to visit him. I was asked to wear a mask, as I should. I wore the mask and heartily shared the reason for the swab to reassure the employee. Again without any kindness I was asked for my tax code, which I only had in digital format. With coldness and hostility, the employee, despite my agreement, had barbaric and unkind ways. When you choose a job in life you choose with your heart and mind. People who go to the pharmacy certainly need a drug, but they first need to treat their heart. I'm sorry to meet heartless people in such an important place like yours. I have never done a review in my life, but in this case it is essential to remind you that you meet "people" every day, and people have hearts. An educator writes to you. Greetings.
