Unfortunately it is not possible to give less than one star otherwise I would have more than willingly done so! I've been trying and trying to go to this pharmacy for YEARS and EVERY TIME there is a different problem, I don't know if it depends on the weather or the staff's moonlights. Today, the last time I set foot in that place, I went with a bunch of documents from the emergency room complete with a bracelet still on my wrist to take some drugs PRESCRIBED BY THE HOSPITAL, therefore nothing unachievable! The blonde lady, with arrogance, in addition to telling me that the documents were not suitable, did not even have the decency to read what was written since when I told her that I needed a drug I heard her reply "I DO NOT WRITTEN IT HERE I SEE” (always very rudely!)... where in reality, if he knew how to do his job WELL he would have found it written down. When I showed her where the doctor prescribed what I needed, she looked at me and with a mocking grin replied “I CAN'T DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT”. I immediately go to another pharmacy where in 3 minutes they gave me EVERYTHING I needed without causing me too many problems.. and when I told them what had just happened to me they even had a big laugh! I conclude by saying that if I had to describe this pharmacy in a few words I would do it like this: PHARMACY MANAGED BY RUDE STAFF, NOT READY TO LISTEN TO THE CUSTOMER'S REQUESTS AND, FROM MY POINT OF VIEW, NOT AT ALL PROFESSIONAL!

The treatment of staff is always serious, of few words... bordering on the irritating. I remember that a shop is at the service of the public and customers, not the other way around. ATM accepted with difficulty... unacceptable, given that now tracked payments are also mandatory to be able to deduct health expenses... in any case they should be accepted regardless, we are in 2022. A few days ago I went in to buy some prescribed medicines directly at the hospital and they didn't accept the prescription (the signature is missing... the stamp is missing... etc...). Well, I changed pharmacy and they gave me the indicated medicines without even asking. No comment. To avoid wasting time and getting angry, I recommend going directly to another pharmacy.

I find drugs that I can't find in other places. Friendly service. Top competence.

They do not accept payments by debit card for amounts less than 15 EUR....
