Mediocre experience with the swab service. The swabs are carried out outdoors in front of people passing by on the street, standing and without delicacy. Waiting for the result must be done on the pavement on the opposite side of the road and the swab operator (without a white coat) to invite you to collect the paper result, shouts the surname and the swab result out loud... in defiance of the protection of sensitive data. In short, an experience that we will not repeat.

Speculators on swabs!! They never ask if you had the code for the exemption of the swab and you get to the cash register and they ask you directly for €15!! I inform them that I have the exemption code and they tell me: "you should have said it first with an unpleasant expression, as if I were asking you for a favor!! I had already communicated outside to the staff who gave me the swab test, which was very painful, among other things, saying that I was carrying out the healing one, taking it for granted that they knew the code via email from the ASL as the practice, but perhaps with the exemption the state recognizes the pharmacy a much lower amount than the €15 Not having the desired profit!! Not being the argumentative type, I paid without arguing but I find their behavior unfair....€15 doesn't change my life but I imagine a person with financial difficulties with multiple children who pays for a service despite the exemption!! I hope this review serves to open the eyes of my fellow citizens and advise them to change the pharmacy's corporate policy....they earned €15 more but lost a customer!!

The pharmacy is well structured and organized only thanks to the presence of Dr. Antonella. Extremely prepared, quick with orders, accurate in recommending medications, methods of administration, times, etc. When she's not there in the pharmacy everyone feels her absence. I personally go there only for the professionalism of the doctor and I am convinced that many others think like me. She makes us all feel comfortable

Close to home but I prefer to go elsewhere.. the pharmacy shouldn't even be recommended??? oops maybe you're wasting time... yet I went in when there wasn't 1 customer... not to mention the prices... a pack of plasters that at most if you exaggerate you pay 5 euros.... you pay 9 euros...

I recommend this pharmacy for the professionalism, seriousness, availability, discretion and friendliness that distinguishes the staff, who are always ready for a word of comfort and advice. Simply fantastic!!!!
