Irritating and incompetent staff. I requested a medicine that the pharmacist thought didn't exist. I just bought it at another pharmacy.
I don't know if the lady is a doctor or a cashier and I ask her to give me a receipt to download with my tax code and she gives it to me with a different tax code!! To never again!!
The staff, especially the sales assistant, is arrogant, irritating and disrespectful. Furthermore, they sold a drug that I had ordered and when I went to collect it there was no longer any possibility of having it, until three days later... (drug that is essential for me). Unprofessional and unacceptable behavior.
I recommend this pharmacy to everyone: they are very helpful, kind and professional in advising customers. They offer many services, and are well organised. They also have a swab service with really convenient and extended opening hours, and in the event of last-minute unexpected events they do everything they can to find a solution.
Scandalous and indecent! Night service €7.50, requested generic Paracetamol and when I paid he gave me Tachipirina, at which point I pointed out the mistake and was told "Tachipirina is Paracetamol". Shameful and exploitative so as not to be vulgar but I have much more to say!!!
