Super service to bublic.

My favorite pharmacy in Pesaro. It is open all year round and operates continuously. Even though there are pharmacies near my house, I prefer to walk a little further and go there. Well-trained, kind and very helpful pharmacists. Affordable prices compared to the competition

Pharmacy in a very useful area because it is well trafficked and on the way to the seaside. We purchased some excellent quality sun creams but pay attention to the price (not displayed) because it cost almost €50. For the rest it is a very well-kept, very clean place, with extremely professional staff.

Unfortunately I have to say that this pharmacy has gotten much worse especially due to the lack of staff which despite the girls who work there are very kind unfortunately there is only one for the whole day while in the other pharmacies nearby there are three to four staff people yes They sometimes create very long queues, which in my opinion will be the cause of the loss of many customers.

The gentleman at work this evening is very rude. He immediately got angry at my simple amazed and POSITIVE comment "ah it's open" since it's 9.35pm on a public holiday and I was pleased to find the pharmacy open. After his sarcastic comment we couldn't even talk about what I needed, since he started telling me that what I needed couldn't exist (things that I buy everywhere instead, he simply didn't have it in the shop). It also made me realize that the products I usually take, in addition to not existing, don't work. Moral, he made an argument, treated me badly, and finally dismissed me as if I had smashed a shop window: and to say that everyone says I'm too kind. Excellent move with customers, well done, congratulations
