They’re open late if you need a Covid test after work, they’ve been doing it a long time and are running an efficient, well-oiled machine. The problem is that the precautions around cleanliness/sanitization have gone down hill and you feel like if you don’t have Covid already you surly will in a few days after going there. This hasn’t happened to me yet but I feel it’s only a matter of luck, as they only have one pen for everyone to share, there are swabs and other biohazard debris all over the sidewalk and they don’t do anything to clean between people they test.
Insanely expensive. They don't care about the person nor realize that the client is also a patient there. They do not inform about the cheapest products even if asked. Maybe there should be some equivalent of Hippocratic oath for pharmacists to prevent such situations and unethical and immoral behaviour.
I've been to this pharmacy that's right next to me twice, both when it was smaller and now that it's gotten bigger, and I was served by the same "pharmacist", a brunette with bob hair in her 50s, I imagine the first time, for a simple burn, I asked for something for alleviate the discomfort, she showed up with 3 products worth 35 euros (then I spent "only" 21), the second time I asked for a cough syrup and without having asked for it she also showed up with some blood thinning tablets and I spent double. To put it simply, they are simple salesmen rather than pharmacists. Obviously at the cost of taking the car for an aspirin I will never set foot in this pharmacy again.
I took advantage of both of the two services offered by the pharmacy, swabs and counter service. As far as my experience is concerned, the strep swab was carried out with great professionalism and kindness. As for my request for the product at the counter, I found the lady with short hair quite annoyed and rude. She also tried to give commands to her colleagues in an aggressive way and served me with little will and little knowledge.
Bad experience with a blonde and snooty pharmacist, I think her name is Giorgia. It's not the first time she's needed me, rude and hasty, I asked for advice on one drug rather than another and she always replied that it was the same. So I decide not to buy anything, the girl greeted me and snorted in my face. I go home and call my doctor who explains to me the differences between the two drugs and why one of the two was better for me. I went to buy it at another pharmacy. To never again
