... I turn to the San Vito pharmacy for my "cardiovis" cholesterol supplement... I have made more than a few purchases from them, always finding the price unbeatable from other sites... Fast delivery... perfect packaging... Staff available, even by telephone... receipt always present in the package (if requested at the time of order, of course!!)... well done!! advised!!

100% bad behavior. I made an online purchase and, given the large amount, I requested the receipt to be able to deduct it and it never arrived. I called I don't know how many times, sent an email and the answer was: you have to make another purchase so we can insert the old receipt, if we find it because perhaps it was put in the wrong package... the owner who seemed a little more correct to me Even though he was very annoyed, he told me he would send it. A month later, I'm still waiting... what a shame, so little correctness!! Never again!

BAD!! THEY DO NOT RESPOND TO THE PHONE AND EMAILS. I was sent a package ordered on the site which appears to have been delivered to the collection point I chose but this is not the case. I went to the collection point and the package never arrived. I contacted the pharmacy and they replied that the package was delivered without replying to my email or telephone anymore, without providing me with any further assistance. I'm still waiting for them to tell me if they really sent the package and where to collect it or if they will give me a refund. If I could I would be 0 stars. Truly BAD!!

I made my first purchase last week, I can only say that the service is excellent. I called for clarification and they responded immediately dedicating theirs to me and moreover after 2 days I received the products. I will continue to buy and recommend it to others too.

Very bad. As a result of the online purchase of 3 packs of multi-dose eye drops, relying on the image uploaded to their catalogue, 3 unsolicited and unwanted single-dose packs were delivered to me. Upon my observation I am treated with arrogance, without apologies and without admitting the obvious mistake. Never again. You have lost a customer.
