Very bad experience, I went to this pharmacy to take a swab (specifying it had been requested for a hospital visit), I went to the pharmacy without a mask since there is no obligation. Furthermore, I had had Covid about a week and a half before and therefore, as is also reported by the Ministry of Health, immediately after Covid there is immunity; so I'm sure I didn't have it also because I didn't have any symptoms. But even if immunity immediately after Covid was unreliable, the pharmacist told me that I had to go to the pharmacy with a mask (which I didn't have with me). Then the doctor invited me to stand in a corner (I don't think this is a precautionary rule), on the other hand it also hurt me a lot.

The staff is always very kind. On two occasions, due to my working hours, I had to go to the pharmacy at 1.30pm (closing time) and, even though they had already blocked the door, they let me in and served me.

Negative experience at best. When requesting a certain brand of swabs, for a specific need indicated by the doctor (for the reproducibility of the results in the daily evaluation), I was told that now we allow ourselves to also ask for the brand. All followed by arrogance, ridicule and a negative climate, leading to an avoidable argument. Culture is not created by a sheet of paper but by the predisposition for dialogue and open-mindedness.
